complimentary water hot chocolate late check out
i got a standard room, and it had everything i needed! i was happy to find complimentary bottles of water. plenty of tea, coffee, and even a hot chocolate sachet. a late check out at noon was a sweet bonus!
The room heating wasn't working and it was pretty cold. They gave me an oil-filled radiator but it took ages to warm up the room.

fantastic stay close to everything!
clean room easy parking convenient lift
I found parking easy and convenient. i really appreciated the lift from the car park to the hotel. the room itself was super clean and modern. I felt very comfortable.
I noticed only one pillow was provided in my room. It was a minor inconvenience.

The room was quiet and the double bed was fantastic!!! there were nice touches, like a dressing gown and good quality toiletries. the blackout curtains were an added bonus. I slept so well.

breakfast buffet blackout curtains room lighting clothes hangers
the breakfast buffet was awesome (so many options!). the room had blackout curtains and this made sleeping in easy. i also found the staff very friendly. they made everything simple and hassle-free.
The lighting in the room wasn't great. Doing makeup was a struggle. i also noticed a lack of hangers for clothes, so i had to keep most things in my suitcase. (it was only a few nights so i didn't complain).

mixed feelings about my stay
night noise old rooms
The noise at night continued until 1 am. i am a premium member and usually receive an upgrade, but the receptionist did not seem interested in upgrading us, despite the hotel appearing empty. she said there was a sweet basket in the room. It contained two old and dry cookies. the rooms are quite old. I had to remind the receptionist to clean the room.
